    A member of the Rounded Crowd here. I carry with a Pancake holster and most days I wear pants that come with an inside silicon belt which do a great job of holding the pants on friction. It is called SnugTex and although designed to keep the shirts tucked inside the pants, it adds a good measure of "pant holding".
