Anyone have experience w/ one of these??? Or can you recommend a particular pocket holster that you really like for a J-Frame. I thank you in advance for your advice!

Well, the pocket pal doesn't cover the trigger much less the whole trigger guard so I'd be a bit nervous about using that one. The other one looks like a Nemesis to me and those seem quite popular.

I like the Galco pocket holster that I use for my SP101.

I use a DeSantis Nemesis and love it. The Super Fly looks like an upgraded version of it...either one should serve you well.
If you own a handgun and your state law allows it, please carry.

I purchased Mika's pocket holster some time ago for my S&W 642 J frame.
It conceals well, stays in the pocket when drawing, carry all day & never know it's there . Take a look at his site.

I still have not found one better than the Kramer. Don't let the price sway your opinion.

Kramer's horsehide will outlast you and your kids. Top shelf, handmade quality, each made for a specific weapon, not some nylon pouch.

I have a DeSantis Nemesis for my S&W 442 and it works well.
A word of caution if you are looking at the DeSantis Superfly; it is basically a Nemesis with a thicker coating on it that is supposed to be "stickier". I had one for a now gone P3AT. I feel that the Nemesis stays put just fine in the pocket, without the added thickness. The Superfly also comes with a rather ridiculously big "flap" that is supposed to mask the printing, but all it does is add even more bulk to the already bulky holster.
The Nemesis doesn't print much, and to be honest, the general shape of a J-Frame just doesn't pose a problem anyway as far as printing IMO.

I use the Desantis Nemesis and it really does stay put when you draw your gun. Pocketholsters. com has a neat back pocket holster for the J frame S&W.

My order from pocketholsters.com just came in today. Their hosters are convertible, meaning it's a front pocket holster with a detachable flap that attaches with Chicago screws if you choose to wear it in your back pocket. I ordered mine for a Walther PPK, it looks nice but I haven't had a chance to put it through it's paces yet. Most models are $50 to $55 and my order arrived in less than a week. Decent price and service if my experience is typical.

Another vote for the Mika's pocket holster. I like it better than my Desantis Nemesis. Although they both work well.

Love the Kramer horsehide. High quality, great fit, and will undoubtedly last far longer on this earth than I will. Highly recommended.
