    Holster Suggestions for Kahr PM9

any good experience or recommendations for a PM9 both IWB or OWB and easiest to conceal? I have a Nemisis for the pocket carry but may need to carry other places depending on pant type etc. Probably would prefer to carry high if OWB. Thoughts?

Axeman, I have 2 suggestions for you, based on actual experience. For IWB I love the Galco Summer Comfort holster. It's small, narrow and easy to conceal. Pretty comfortable, too, although any holster is felt. For OWB, I like the Active Pro Compact Belt Slide. Here's a link:

It is very narrow and fits between your belt and your pants. It holds my Kahr PM9 very tight to my body and is very small.

That's my 2 cents. Good luck

The several IWB's I like are the Andrews MacDaniel II ( have one for my K40 ).

I also like the Mtac by CompTac, very COMFORTABLE. UBG's Striker is also a great holster.

I prefer OWB, so the Don Hume H721 OT (Open Top) Holster. Good quality and does not cost much... take a look at Gunners Alley

In addition to a Nemesis pocket holster, I bought a CompTac CTAC before the MTAC became available. The CTAC is very comfortable, but I can see where the additional leather backing on the MTAC might be quite comfortable as well.

I also have a CompTac OWB paddle holster. I use it when wearing tighter fitting pants (that don't fit the CTAC) and/or when I have a longer cover garment (like a sweatshirt) that I plan on keeping on all day.

    Comp-Tac 2 o'clock

For a very small gun like the Kahr PM9, you don't need a large holster with multiple attachment points. I have a Kahr MK9, the same size as the PM9, and carry it IWB in a Comp-Tac 2 O'clock holster. This is thin kydex with one attachment loop, offset from the gun slightly as shown below:

For my PM9 IWB I have a Don Hume, I have no idea what model it may be but it has 36-4 written on the tag. It is more of a universal type but works great for CC. I use it with my PM9, G27 and my G23 will fit but comes out the end. It is a simple open top, leather wrapped with nylon. It does have a reinforced site/slide strip.

I wish I could remember where I got it as I can't seem to find another one for weak side and for my wife.

I've suggested it before; the most comfortable (for me) is this Leather belt slide Sport holster, frequently found on ebay for about $10 with shipping. NOTE: this one is a lefty and for a KelTec, but the seller often has them avail for right handed PM9. I've got two of them (diff colors), with a matching magazine holder for my PM9; and the seller (Ynot) is currently making me a set for my Glock 19. At these prices try it, you may like it. I did and do. And I do have others.

Additional note, if you plead politly enough he may even change the color for you.

Check out this fist holster, it is a number 2 highride.
    FIST, INC.

I have one for my PM9 and it works great. I can wear it under a t-shirt.
