With our ever increasing popularity the volume of customer service also rises accordingly. (We had over 700 orders last month alone)
We currently field literally dozens of emails a day at the website and trying to track down all the PMs in several different forums is an additional load that is far more time consuming than answering them all in one place.
So I would ask that if you need a question answered, please just email us at the website. We check emails literally every 30-45 mins on weekdays and several times on Sat.
(Maybe one or twice, maybe not at all on Sun, I reserve that day for family.)
I will continue to participate in the forums but I just need all direct questions to go to one place and not half a dozen so that everyone gets a timely answer.
