Sorry, I just wanted to know what "skinny" felt like.
skinny guys carry skinny guns.
For me, it's a Kahr.
I'm about 5'8'' and 135 lbs. I've been carrying my Kahr CW9 IWB at about 3 o'clock in a Desantis Cozy Partner. The small of my back is the most comfortable while standing.. but 3:00 is the best all around since I spend most of my day sitting. I've been having a really hard time finding a belt that holds up well, all the quality ones are back ordered.. so for now I'm using a cheapo from Walmart.
Collection: Kahr CW9, M&P 15-22, Walther P22, Glock 19.
Sold: XD9 4'', Kimber 1911 Series II compact, FNP-9
Shopping list: Springfield EMP 9mm, M&P 15 .223
I'm 6'2" and 175 pounds. I use an IWB horsehide original NSA holster with my 229 at 4 o clock. The ARB would give identical results. No problems for me.
got my license yesterday and took the gf out to dinner. She never spotted it. I'm 6'1" 180, but I'm sure it would disappear on almost anyone. Very suprised at how comfortable I was carrying... very well could have forgotten I had been at all. My holster could use a little cosmetic work but it certainly serves its purpose. Now I'm looking for a holster for a 1911, prolly gonna go with the Cross Breed. Also considering getting a g19/23
4'' kimber full size frame 1911 @ 2:30 o'clock in a high noon split decision. I also have a comptac minotaur but it is to bulky for my liking. The split decision feels almost like putting the gun in your waistband.
I like the 2:30 because the grip doesn't print when i am sitting
Kimber Eclipse Pro II
Springfield XD-9 Service (sold)
Taurus PT140. Uncle Mike's IWB at 4 o'clock.
I'm 6' 235 Lbs, so I carry my SW40VE strong side...
And I carry a skinny guy with an AR-15 on my belt weak side

6'0" 190 - Not really skinny but I have a smallish waist. I like 3 o'clock with my 1911, or appendix carry at about 1:00 with my 442. It really is all about the clothes - but I can conceal either of these with a polo or a loose t-shirt.
6-0" 175lbs..32" waist..but luckily I have big shoulders.
I carry my PT145 pro in a holsterstore.com IWB rig at about 3 o'clock. I wear shorts and t-shirts almost exclusively this time of year. I carry pretty much 24/7 as in my state we have no areas that are off limits save for courthouses and post offices. I have never been made, and even my wife can't tell when I am carrying when she knows full well I am at almost all times. In fact was at a local fair type of event this weekend, with about 2000 pairs of eyeballs including cops. Not one strange look, or any problems at all.
I keep a spare mag and my swiss army knife in my left front pocket, and my kel tec p3at in my right front. A Gerber applegate-fairbairn mini covert rides clipped in the same right front pocket. The kel tec gets carried at work in a pocket also as my job is pretty physical ( I work in a granite quarry) and anything on the hip would hurt like the dickens at the end of the day. Other than that I dress around the gun, I never have found it a good idea to use less gun because of the style of clothes. Just a personal decision. In my judgement 99% of people are clueless to their surroundings, and even a badly printing gun through a shirt will be written off as a blackberry these days.
I'm 5'10 155 and carry a Kimber Pro carry in a UBG Caunte at 4:00.
A friend of mine is 6' and 150lbs. He carries a G17.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

Tall, skinny fella I knew carried a Para P14...he's recenctly switched to the M&P9, though. I don't think he had a problem concealing it...I think the dang thing was just too heavy.
