Who makes an IWB holster for the 45acp Cobra Patriot ???

I think the Cobra Patriot is nearly identical to the Kahr PM45 (the Patriot is about a quarter inch longer). I would check with Nate (Jarhead79) at UBG Holsters, he made two holsters for me a couple months ago and went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. His prices are more than fair and his lead time is MUCH shorter than the better known custom shops.
If that doesn't work, you might want to give Tony at Milt Sparks or Matt Del Fatti a call, they would certainly know who could make one.

The Bianchi #100 comes in sizes that will fit almost any semi auto.
I have one for my 1911 with 4 1/2 barrell, and one for my Kahr P9. They carry very comfortably and keeps the gun/beaver tail, etc. away from your body.

This is a probleme that you run into when you purchase oddball pistols. I doubt you will ever find a holster specifically made for this gun. The best thing you can do is go to a store with a large selection and try them out until you find one that covers the trigger and has reasonable retention.
