Help with a Bersa 380 PLUS holster

Just bought the Bersa Plus. Would like some help on a IWB holster:
1. Do PPK holsters fit the regular Bersa 380's?
2. Do holsters made for the Bersa 380 fit the Bersa Plus? Seems to be, since the handle is not part of the holster structure?
3. Recommendations??

I know Nate at UBG does Bersa holsters.

As for the questions, the slide dimensions aren't quite the same on the PPK and the Bersa, IIRC the Bersa is a little larger and slightly thicker, and the trigger guards are different.

For question 2. It will be the same as all that changed was the front strap.

What do you prefer for IWB, leather or Kydex?

ETA: According to Galco's website, the standard Bersa .380 and the Plus model take the same holster.

which is a tuckable, but I don't particularly care for J-hooks myself.

There's the DeSantis "Insider"



I'd check out the following.

Any of Comp-Tac's line. Probably something like the Minotaur.

Or a UBG rig.







Although I'd have to go with a Canute as I prefer loops over clips.

crossbreed holsters can fit your bersa plus I had one on order then switched to a Keltec pf9
I carrythe plus in a fobus paddle OWB.
I stoppped carrying it IWB because the slide release kept poking me in the rear, I need to get it shaved down.

Here's answers...

1. Custom leather? No.

2. Yes, but not vice versa, due to the mag release placement. The PLUS has it in a different spot than the regular one, if you put a regular .380 in the Plus holster, the mag will eject across the room.

Man, you guys are good!!! My son just got the Minitaur last week for his Beretta and it is sweet. Best of both worlds. So, my guess is Comp-Tac. JD, tell me those are not your personal pics!

ps. Limatunes finished with the barfies? All I remember of my wife in that first trimester was a lump in the sheets filled with saltine cracker crumbs and a barf bucket next to the bed. Dinner consisted of one large chicken in a crock pot with a little celery and a grease slick. Every-single-night.

Nope, those were pics from UBG's website. I just remembered seeing them when I was thinking of ordering leather for the Bersa.

I like being able to pictures of holsters for the gun I want the holster for and figured you might as well.

Nate (jarhead79) is too much a gentleman to recommend himself, but you should definitely give him a try.

I just ordered a Dakota Defender from K&D Holster. It will be my fourth from K&D. I EXPECT to get a perfectly made holster from top of the line leather, made to my exact specs that will fit the gun perfectly. I expect that it will be comfortable enough that I will forget it is there and make the Bersa invisible to the naked eye. But than Kevin is known to exceed his customers expectations, I am looking forward to seeing how he tops my expectations. Obviously that is what I would recommend. I suspect that JD's UBG recommendation is a good one as well. IMO Galco is OK for a production holster but you will never get the quality or personal service from them that folks at UBG or K&D provide I'd stay away from Kydex but that is just my bias.
