The holster is, as he promised, worth the wait!
Just out of curiosity, when did you place your order? I also have an order with Mika (May 4th) and it would be nice to know what date he is up to on his backlog.

I ordered it the first part of April, around the 15th, I believe.

I ordered mine in mid May, but if the man is dealing with flooding both as a police colonel and a business owner, I'll shut my trap and wait. I'm sure he is a busy man.

I could not agree more with you. I was simply asking when they ordered in order to somewhat gauge where he is on orders. Figured I would ask here online rather than bother Mica with a phone call interrupting his work. I have heard nothing but good things about him and have no doubt that my holster will be on its way eventually. An e-mail would have been nice letting us know there is a delay, but we don't know what his situation is there. Anyway, from what I heard it will be worth the wait. Like I said, I was in no way complaining, just wanted to see where in his order line he was.

I didn't think you were complaining at all, we are both coming from the same direction I think.

I am a little frustrated as I couldn't officially qualify with my BUG last time around because my holster has yet to arrive. I had to reschedule
a range date... I don't like doing that.

Ok, jjust didn't want people to think i was mad or upset at Mica, I am not at all. I am a little frustrated that it takes rumors on a forum to find out where my order is, rather than a mass e-mail to people with pending orders. Anyway, from what I hear Mica is a good man, makes a good product and is trustworthy, so I am in it for the long haul.

I know what you mean... thats why I tried to be careful how I worded the OP. I don't want to start anything or harm his business at all... I was just curious myself.

Got an email last night from Mica. He said that up to this point, he is finished on all orders up to the 3rd of May. My order was placed on the 4th, so I guess I am next!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

My Mika arrived today in the mail. Took a little longer than what I expected, but the wait seems worth it. I have yet to really carry the holster too much as I got it today. the craftsmanship is well done. The holster is a little larger than what I had expected. My airweight slides cleanly and effortlessly in and out of the holster. Overall very nice.

    What model did you order?

I'm still waiting for mine, its bugging me that my J Frame is left behind every day.
