MTAC is great and if you want a nice leather go to ttgunleather.com
I have heard good reviews about the MTAC and I have been using a Crossbreed Super-Tuck for about six months now and it works very well. It is very comfortable and I would purchase one again. It's not pretty but it works.

Order a Versa Max II, and while you wait, use a Fobus IWB (not paddle).

I'm happy with my Tucker Gunleather "the Answer" for my G23. Its a double belt clip tuckable IWB with leather against you body, but with a kydex holster for easy reholstering. The belt clips snap every now and then, but their good about shipping replacements, and I now keep some in stock.
The truth is I don't use the tuckable feature very often; I feel the butt is too big to really disappear under most tucked shirts, but I want the option now and then. I usually carry the Glock only when I have an untucked cover shirt.
I prefer OWB carry... Don Hume H721 OT is a very good holster, and it will not cost you a lot of money or time to get it... check out Gunners Alley they have them in stock most of the time... last time they did not it took me a week to get my new holster.

My G19 in my favorite IWB DeSantis Scorpion.
When I'm not carrying the G19, I'm carrying the G27 in the same rig.
HBE Leatherworks IWB...just a few weeks wait for an awesome custom holster.

If you want a OWB I can recommend a K&D Eagle defender, I just got one about 2 weeks ago. You will have a wait, but he does what he says. It is the best fitting holster that I have.

I just went through the same ordeal for my G23. I ended up ordering a K&D Dakota Defender. Things that helped me with my decision were: It is affordable (custom leather without breaking the bank), has adjustable depth and cant, it is tuckable, and it came highly recommended by many on this forum. Current wait time is 14-16 weeks, so get on the list now before it gets any longer, like the 6 months-1 year+ for some other custom holsters. Good luck with your research and with whatever you decide.
