    TT Gunleather Updates

Anyone get any new leather in lately?
Like to see some pictures posted up while I wait my order out.

Looks like his business is picking up steam, as the wait times are out to almost 12 weeks, good for him,

Also Tim was very nice in returning me a 10% Firefighter discount, even I told him no need to til my next order, I had just seen the deal on his site.

Nice folks over there, and anxious to get my goodies! That is all, and like to see some TTGunleather porn in this thread.

I stilll have a few weeks to wait; I ordered on June 6. But, soon The smallest of my Sigs will reside comfortably (I hope) in a new TT IWB rig.

    Hi jaydmhonda,

How do you, or anyone here, find the attention to detail with TT holsters? I am thinking of things like the clearance of the site track and the size of the belt loops as compared to the belt.

I have some holsters that the sight track does not allow sufficient room for the front sight to clear and they fill the night sight with dust or knock the paint off the front sight.

Also how is the fit as to tightness and breaking in?
    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Jerery

    Jerry,

I'll answer your questions to the best of my expeirence with this holster. When I first recieved the holster it was pretty darn tight. After about a day of wearing it, the holster was already conformed to my wearing position and the gun rentention was perfect.

As far as sight track I have not encourtered any problems. (My Ultra Carry has night sights from the factory on it). Never noticed any unusual wear on the front blade.

Attention to detail is good. There is one part where the stitching looks a little off. Honestly, you have to really look hard at it to tell. Who cares?!? Its an IWB holster that does its job!

Belt loops seem to be great (ordered 1.5"). They fit tightly with my 1.5" beltman belt. On a regular 1.5" belt they have a bit of clearance that is un noticeable.

    Hope this helps,
    JayDM

Got a black w/ shark OWB snap for my P225:

Very, very nice piece of equipment. Also a single mag OWB snap (snaps on "wings" to the two sides).

    Hi Jay,

Thanks a lot for the reply. It is difficult to see some things in a photo.
I suspect you will be very happy with the holster.

    Regards,
    Jerry
