Ok.....guitar strap pics?? Is this an inside joke? Now I'm curious and also waiting to see them.
Original post said Eric made him a custom shark guitar strap... Sounds pretty sweet to me.

Yep. I'll take some pics of it and post them later today. It's intended for open carry, of course . . .

As promised, here are pictures of my one-of-a-kind, all shark, HBE Specialty Leatherworks custom guitar strap. It's shown here with my giggin' guitar, a Taylor T5 Custom w/ natural Koa top, sapele back & sides, and ebony fretboard.

    How 'bout that Eric Larsen!

I always tend to say wow, but this time, double WOW-WOW!!!. That is beautilful!!

Man, this guy Eric can make anything out of leather. Better yet with SHARKSKIN.

rodc13, that is one heck of a guitar strap. Do you like it better than the guitar?

    Congratulations! That is slick!

Eric really outdid himself. I was surprised at how supple it is. It's very comfortable, unlike some leather straps I've had that needed to loosen up a bit. Very important when you're going to hang it around your neck for four or five hours.

I absolutely love Taylor guitars. That T5 is really phenomenal for performing. I've three other Taylors also.

I found out about the guitar strap when I commented to Eric that I acquire guns to shoot, not collect, and that I was the same with the guitars. A great instrument deserves to be played, not hung on the wall, and little dings and scratches are just badges of honor that contribute to the overall character. Eric's a guitar player, too, and said, "I've got just the thing . . . ."
    Cheers,
    Rod
