I guess this is why we need to read the fine print.

    Terms of Sale

All AKER products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance is with the buyer. Should any AKER product prove defective following its purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire risk of all necessary servicing or repair. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied are excluded from the transaction and shall not apply to the product sold. The determination of the fitness or the suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer.

Guess I won't do any busniess with them.

Almost unbelievable. Who would do business with them knowing their "warranty"?

I don't understand why a holster maker (or any company for that matter) would not have a refund policy. I know of a couple of other holster makers who do that - at least that's what is posted on their website. At K&D Holsters, I have a pretty liberal return policy - even if it's been personalized.

I had always heard that Aker was pretty good, particularly with LE but with that warranty (or lack of one, really) I am surprised they have stayed in business. Obviously not many people read their warranty. Incredible....

I've bought a couple of their gun belts, but from a distributor not directly from them. They're very nice. Not too expensive. Look decent (passable as business casual). Durable (plastic between two layers of leather I think).

I have an Aker FlatSider paddle for my 1911's. It's a good holster and it's the most concealable paddle holster that I've ever used.

They will not sell to the general public. They sell to dealers and government agencies. I tried to order via phone and was referred to a dealer,
