When I think of a good concealed holster, the K&D Dakota Defender or M-Tac comes to mind. For OWB there are a ton of choices.

+1 for the M-TAC. You easily forget its there, and their customer service is outstanding..

I just got my MTAC recently, and definitely A+ for service. I made a call during the wait time to adjust something and it was taken care of with no problems. Also had it to my door in less than two weeks.

Another kudos for M-Tac Minotaur. Comfortable and adjustable and the kydex is changeable for different guns. You wont wait long for it but it isnt a cheap holster by some standards.

Do you want to carry IWB or OWB? You didnt say.
I am consistently on record and will continue to be on record as opposing concealed carry.

Friend of mine is about your size ( maybe a bit larger ) and he carries a colt defender in a desantis paddle ( nylon ) owb at about 4 o'clock. You cant tell he's carrying at all.
