    AJK Concealco vs. "winged holster"

I am in the process of changing my carry gun from a XD 45c to a Kahr CW40. I am looking for an IWB holster. The AKJ Concealco LLC has caught my eye due to the mounting of the front strap. This seems that it would lessen the gap that I see in pant around the clips the traditional "winged holster (eg. VMII). I use a C-tac or a Memphis http://www.southernholster.com on a daily basis. Does anyone have any experience with both types of holsters? How stable is the AKJ Concealco? Does the holster move around? How is the durability of the front mounted strap? Any thing else that you noticed that was different?

I am deciding between the IWB offering of AKJ, Little Bear Custom Holsters , and Ugly Bald Guy

I have a Concealco for my SP101, very stable, rides close to the body and does not move around. I have a Mtac for my Glock, and it too rides close to the body and does not move around. No problem with either one for me. UBG makes great holsters too. Have several. No experience with Little Bear.

I have two Concealco's and other holsters of the type you're talking about. I think the Concealco's are perfect if youi wear your holster at 3:00 - 3:30; beyond that and I found that the front snap would actually print through thin material. But at 3:00 there's nothing better. I love the adjustable cant feature and I also like who the back wing on the Concealco really pulls the gun butt in close to the body more than traditional setups with a belt loop out to either side.

The price and speed of delivery make this a very very good value. I especially like them for revolvers because you can reholster one handed but you still only have a thin layer of leather, not some large thick reinforced opening.
