That'd be great if I had the man boobs to hide a gun there. Do they make a bird chest model???

the 4" 1911 I have in the holster seems to hide the grip behind my pec. (not man boob). Doesn't seem noticable with a polo shirt.

Gotta admit, I'd look like Gilligan packing a Desert Eagle in that rig too. Hey, what I lack in pecs I make up for in belly!

OK, after trying this shirt for 5 times out here the report. First off. I found the holster pocket needed modifying. My HK USP F .40 and my 1911 4" SA lightweight would not stay put during bending over leaning forward actions. the guns tended to rock forward and print. I added a safety pin and this seemed to hold the gun in place , while still allowing access.
The biggest drawback for me was the itchy feeling of the shirt. I believe it is due to the nylon threads used in it. If the shirt breaks in and stops itching me so much, I will use it. if not off to the drawer with it.
Last, if you have tried wearing underarmor or similar and found it too resricting you will not like this product. It is form fitting.
hope this helps others, I will be trying to wash the heck out of this shirt and see if I can break it in.

Would wearing a thin cotton t-shirt underneath solve the itchy issue?? BTW, good write-up!

Thx for the info Rocky - I doubt I could ever manage one of those - being as you say rather form fitting.

Certainly no good for my sweaty summer existence!

To me the t shirt under it would add more layers and increase the sweat and discomfort. I got this shirt for summer carry.
I typically will wear underarmor or similar under a shirt in the summer for rash protection while CC 'ing IWB. The UA shirts are made to wick the sweat away and keep ya cooler.

Rocky....I challenge you to try a UC Comfort shirt. After you load down you weapon, cuffs, two mags, a knife and ASP (if you desire) and cover it with a shirt you will chuckle at the 5-11 shirt. Its a dare!!

You bet'cha...and incase you missed them I earlier posted pics of the rig. They come in black or white, with or without sleves (my prefered) and in normal neck or v-neck. Also you can get one with a soft trama plate pouch that goes over the heart (I'm proud to have inspired this...as a medic I can likely save you unless your hit in the head or heart...those two make it real difficult).

looks good, had to get a new computer, so lost the original link I had copyed. I can see where a head or heart shot might make medical assistance tougher. Thanks for the link. might save up and get the trauma plate too.

    Fed:
Gotta say, I'm fairly impressed with what they've come up with. The undershirt definitely looks like it could work but they even offer snap modified Van Heusen dress shirts. I'll have to keep them in mind if I need something like it.

Jack not to pat myself on the back, buy ya they do offer the shirts because I told them about it and they decided to make money off it. Me and my big mouth. But they are good folks and they took EVERY piece of advice I gave them and put them into their shirts and holsters. The only thing I have about the snaps is it cost me $5 to do 10 shirts and I can do a shirts top three buttons in about 20 minutes. So I penny pinch and save the money and make my own.
