Holster for a S&W 910
I Have found the holster that I would like to get only there is one problem that I am having
and the problem is if I am to get this holster I will order it at a local gun dealer and it is made in a town about 2 hours away and he doesn't have the mold for a S&W 910 but he has one for a S&W 6906 and I'm wondering if my 910 will fit the 6906 holster
I remember Buying mags from a 6906 for my 910 but I'm not sure if the whole frame is the same or even similar enough
Any help would be highly appreciated

It's been my experience that most of the Smith autos like the 910 are all pretty much the same, save for slight differences in grip length, and of course, barrel length. There are trigger guard differences with some models, but the two you mention are the same.
As long as the 6906 and the 910 are the same barrel length, it'll work just fine. I see a slight difference in the dust cover, but not enough to make an ill fit.

Your gun is most simular to a S&W 5906. With a slightly thicker slide. If it is a bikini type holster that stops just in front of the triggerguard, then 6906 molded holster will work OK.

I'll have to double check on that
so is the barrel length of the 6906 shorter?
edit: Just looked it up and it does

5906/910 4" barrel
6906 3.5" barrel
