I was fortunate to try this holster before I collected a drawer full!
Thanks for the tip...that does look like a nice holster. I see other reviews are very positive as well.

    Lenny Magill overpriced uber-cool stuff.

Looks a lot like a Galco summer comfort for $55.

Maybe Lenny autographs them. That would easily double their value!

Well, the Galco Royal Guard is horsehide rather than cowhide like the Summer Comfort.
Horsehide really does always cost more, no matter who the maker.

I carry my G27 with the CT in my Mtac with no difficulty.
+1 for the M-TAC (I have a G-26); the "slide" model has an open end and will accommodate longer guns (G-19, etc.) .
    Excellent service !!!
I have several boxes of holsters of all kind, the M-TAC is the one I use now. Takes a couple of weeks to get to take the right shape, after I forget I'm wearing it even with no under-shirt.
    FYI I am 5' 8" and 145 lbs.

I don't think I'll be going back to that site, GunVideo.com. I think that unless he's giving classes to certify people as locksmiths there's no need to sell a video on how to pick locks. Even having the lock picking tools is an offense in most places; they're considered burglary tools.

And I really thought it inappropriate and tasteless to hawk the videos of "topless girls shooting machine guns." At the very least it sounds like a serious safety problem!

I'm sure I can find the materials I need from someone else.
The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference - they deserve a place of honor with all that's good.

    Lenny Mcgills Holster

The holster that Lenny uses & sells in his video's is the horsehide IWB holster made by Galco It's an expensive but well worth the price I myself bought the other holster that Lenny sells by Galco their summer comfort IWB its made out of cowhide which is much less expensive and wears just as good for my needs. Let me tell you this I have been ordering from Lenny MCGills company for manny years & he sells nothing but the best & stands behind all of his products 100%

Holsters are like guns. Everybody has an opinion. His best holster might not be yours. It is a chance we take every time we buy a holster. Good luck

Thanks for the info. I have found, after buying 12 holsters!, that each person must have their own special fit and feel that they're looking for.All the holsters I purchased were good quality holsters but only one so far as really stood out and that's the MTAC holster from Comp-TAC.
Not to say it's the only good holster out there but certainly the best one I have found for me so far.
I'll have to check out the Galco holster however, looks really nice

I watched a Lenny Magill training video and he recommends this holster as well as sells it on his website here:

    World's Best Concealment Holster - GunVideo.com

Does anybody know what make/model this holster is? I want to do some price comparisons to make sure his asking price is fair.
    thanks much
    Brad

These holsters are alright for a guy ( or gal ) who is fit and trim. But if your a few pounds over weight and have love handles, these holsters are very uncomfortable because the gun is always digging in your side. Just my 2 cents worth, ain't worth much no how
