    IWB clips.. Sources.

After reading the "how do you carry" thread I think Im going to modify an OWB slide holster to do IWB.

It will be easy enough with the proper materials. Holster guys should make this an option.

So, Im in need of a source for the clips. Preferrably some that allow you to screw the clips through a hole in leather so they can be removed.

Sorry holster guys, Im either not sure how I want to carry or I just want both in one holster LOL

You can buy Comp-Tac clips separately. Matter of fact, I've bought a set even though I don't have one of their holsters; I used them on a holster I really like except for the metal clips it uses:
    Comp-Tac : Products

You can also get the "chicago" screw sets for these onsite there for a couple bucks more, or find what you need at local full service hardware store.

Try Tucker. He used to be cheaper but he found that people were not just buying them for maintenace on his holsters - but for other purposes (like you, I suppose). It's still a fair price for nice clips.

    Search

    Or try Comp-Tac.

Those will work for sure! Thanks a bunch. I saw em on their site and figured there might be other sources but these will work. Ill have to email them for the screws. Im sure if I fit a piece of leather through the slots on the holster and then mounted these on the leather strap Id be good to go.

Look around on site, there is "extra hardware" item, and you type in what you want, you can add it to shopping cart, up to ten pieces for 2 bucks.
I put "4 ea male and female screws that hold clips to holster".

Also, once you get whatever config you want, you can cut off /sand extra off the bottom of the clips to make everything neater.

Good call! Thanks. After looking into several holster makers Im narrowing it to the Side Guard or Don Hume.

I still may pick up a Split Decision from High Noon so I can tuck too.
