    Thumbs up Crossbreed Lifetime Warranty

Hi everyone, I thought that I would share my experience with this great company. I know not everyone here likes Crossbreed, but some do, and some are still out looking for a holster. I bought my Supertuck for my M&P back in May when I applied for my CCW. I wear it every time that I carry. Well, Saturday December 20th when I took my holster off that night I noticed a small crack in the Kydex . I e-mailed Mark and he told me to send it back to him. I sent it out Fedex ground Monday the 22nd. They told me it should be there by the 24th. I went out to the mail box yesterday to get the mail, and my holster was sitting there. I couldn't believe that he got my holster fixed and returned to me that quick . As a side note I got his tuckable double mag carrier for Christmas. Can't wait till it is broken in.

Is cracking a common problem? The best customer service is "none needed".
They sound like great guys in handling problems.

I am not sure if it's a huge problem, however I was rough with mine for the year and a half of carrying daily and developed a small crack in the kydex. I shipped it off to crossbreed and was upset that I was going to have to use a bellyband for carry. I was shocked when I received it back within 3 days good as new. though the best customer service is none needed, it's nice knowing that this company will take care of the customer when an issue arises. I now carful not to be as rough or lay on it when napping or watching a movie.

Due to the product and how good the customer service is I plan on being a lifetime customer of crossbreed and will be placing a order for my glock soon. I cannot say enough good about this company, and highly recommend them to people looking for a holster.

No its not, we just generally honor our lifetime warranty with no questions asked.

We've replaced holsters that have been busted in fights, left in dryers, under ovens and lots of other everyday mishaps.

The most we ever charge is 1/2 of the original price and that is only if it's an obvious abuse issue.
General wear and tear, even under extreme conditions and environments, is always covered 100%

We have well over 15,000 holsters made and delivered over the past 3 years and our return/repair rate (including "try-it-free" returns) has run below 2% for the vast majority of that time.

    Stuff happens, things break sometimes.

I'd rather earn customer for life than quibble over a few bucks.

I have to say Crossbreed is an amazing Co. I read until my eyes bled before I ordered my first Supertuck. In CCW class I heard about the "drawer of holsters" it seemed I was doomed to. But in my searches I keep finding one name that kept being mentioned "Crossbreed". It was an odd name and easy to remember, granted but everyone said they LOVED it. If it was a waste of money- I would say so. But I do have an interesting story to tell, but I will start a new post for that.

I heard about this too, and was afraid of spending lots of $$$ on holsters that I would never wear.

When I first got my supertuck, I hated it. It took me almost a week of fooling with it to get the belt loops sitting right.

Now, its my daily carry. =) I even ordered another one for a different gun.

My wife just got me my second CBST for my CZ75, a gun I love, but didn't think I'd be able to CC comfortably do to slide length/shape, but the Supertuck works great. Forgot I had it on today.
Thanks for a great product and service Mark. I'll be adding a third and fourth soon.

I've also been fortunate enough not to own a "holster drawer". I knew someone who had a CBST, and even though it was for a lefty and I'm a righty, it felt mighty comfortable, so I ordered one.

Been a happy camper ever since.

Now I just gotta get employed again so I can get me a CB belt.

Nice. I own 3 ST's and have never had any problem. They are always a pleasure to deal with and turn around time is second to none

Are you trying to make a certain point here?
You already said you don't like our products which is completely fine, you are eniteled to what works best for you.

Copycats..holster makers copying others work...Say it ain't so..
That is one butt ugly holster though, but I don't like the Crossbreed either.
What works for one, not always best for others..Luck.

Don't worry about it Mark...some people can't help but hate the popular kids.
