I use a Crossbreed SuperTuck @ 3:30 with PT145. Once I got the cant and ride set, it sure is comfortable and pretty well concealed. It rides low with just the enough above the belt for a consistent draw. I heated up the Kydex and formed the 'flanges' a little (added a slight arc to match where it's riding).
A word of caution about low riding holsters. While certainly more comfortable and possibly more concealable, should you have to draw your firearm under stress the last thing you want to be having to do is dig it out from underneath the waistband of your pants. Ideally, the front strap of the pistol should ride at least 1/2 inch above the belt line.
Excellent point, ADK.
Are you looking for an IWB; strong side hip or appendix carry holster? I have a Rusty Sherrick appendix holster that has the frontstrap right on the top of the belt. Is that what you are looking for?
The one I have now keeps more than half the weapon (it seems) above the belt, and it just doesn't feel right to me. The top of the clip is about where the trigger guard is. My winter insulation pushes the butt way out. I usually carry about 330 or 4.

I have an IWB from Southern Holsters Custom Gun Leather for my XD 45. The mouth of the holster is sitting at the top of my belt. It is about the lowest I could find and still get a full grip on the gun. I have had it for over a year with great results.
Here is a picture of my PT111 3gen so I think it is going to be the same size as your PT145, with a crossbreed supertuck. I don't have it set to the lowest possible carry spot. Just where I can get a good grip on it for draw.

Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

Lord, Grant me a good sword and no need to use it.
Farronwolf's example is about where I carry mine, height and all.
I had this holster a while back and it did it's job. Conceals completely and pretty comfortable.
My only issue is what "ADK" had already mentioned - Getting to the holster to withdraw can be a challenge. As we all know, in a emergency, every second counts. But then, the concept of this holster is no different than the SmartCarry when withdrawing, and yet, look how popular the SmartCarry is.
So I guess it depends on what you want (as usual).
Good luck.
