In the Bibs with CC

Hello all;
I am new and found this site to very educational. Thanks for that.
My question, which may seem odd to some, concerns the wearing of
bib overalls (denim) and CC. These do not have a belt and actually
no waistband to speak of. I work outside alot and these are very
comfortable. Does anyone have a suggestion for CC in this type of
clothing? The item at hand is a Kahr CW9 and in the pocket is abit
tight. Thanks in advance for your ideas.:blink:

First off welcome....and try a Kahr PM9...probably just what you are looking for...or a p9 covert.

I know one one man that kept his .38 special in the top pocket on his chest.

Having it there saved his life, the life of his wife and his granddaughter.

There is a member here who wears Bib Overalls and uses some type of IWB holster. I can't explain it but he basically pulled away a flap at the strong side to reveal it. There's a picture floating around somewhere here.

Not a bad idea either...Just have to find a comfy belt...

i have the same problem when i am on my farm. so i drop a p3at in my back pocket and/or in the front bib pocket. my other carry guns are to big. so the p3at gets the ride when i am working on the farm.

I have used the Smartcarry and a belly band when I wear Pointer Brand bibbs with no concealment or comfort issues.

What is the smart carry? Where did you get it?:35:

You can dop a search for smartCarry and the vendors will be listed. It is a pouch holster with a strap style belt that is normally worn at 12:00 but with bibbs you can adjust it by rotating it around your waist.

Belly Band???

A belly band style holster is a 4" wide piece of elastic cloth material that is held together with velcro and has a slash type pocket for the holster and usually another for a magazine. You adjust the pouch position around, up or down your torso as desired. It even gives the back some support when wearing bibbs.
