Hi Guy's & Girl's;
I recently purchased a "Kangaroo" brand, deep concealed carry, soft, shoulder holster for my Ruger LCP for $26.95 from Deep Conceal, The Best Little Holster you will Never See
I needed a carry method that would allow me to get at my LCP anytime I needed it, even while seated in a vehicle. I already had a good pocket holster but if I were seated in a restaurant or a vehicle or any similar scenario there was no way to get at it quickly, so for the price, I didn't think I could go wrong by giving this shoulder holster a try.
The way I have been wearing it is, I put on a T-shirt and then the shoulder holster followed by a any front button down shirt that I want to wear (light or heavy) and then at my discretion I leave a button un-done and if I suddenly need my LCP I can simply reach into my shirt and retrieve it in less than a second, any time any where, even with a coat on.
I also found that the two little dimples on the grip of the LCP make it super quick to get a hold of when drawing it out this way.
Now the holster is a fits all made of cloth so if by chance it doesn't suit you just right, you can have your wife, mother or girlfriend sew it up untill it does. Check it out.
Have a great week all, spring is on the way. Regards, Dan.
I noticed this statement in the above link...
"It's perfect for the FFDO..."
Federal requirements would prohibit the use of this hoster. That hurt the ads credibility some in my mind.
An interesting holster. I imagine it would work well for very small, light guns, but not for anything of much size or weight.
Check out this thread including the UCC links.
Looks like it will conceal well. But how long does it take to draw?
