I'm looking for a great holster to carry a glock 30sf with light clothing in hot weather. Price isnt an option, but comfort and concealability are a must.

Small note, I am most comfortable carrying Rear IWB
Correct me if I’m wrong but I think your Glock 30 is the same size as my G26, and I use these holsters, without problem in our Florida heat.
A SGH carried OWB at 4 O’clock with a Hawaiian print or fishing style shirt or extra large T-shirt covering it.

A nemesis pocket holster, with fishing shorts, that has large front pockets.

Note you’ll need a good military style belt you can draw in tight..
Hope this helps.

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
I would imagine that the SGH mentioned would do it for OWB and Erik has IWB holsters too. Check his work. Im a fan.

I can vouch for Sideguard Holsters. I met him at a local gun show (he's in St. Paul, MN) and he JUST HAPPENED to have a holster for a P7M8. Now I thought, this may fit, may not (I just have the regular old P7), but sure enough it fit great. It was OWB (the Slide) and it's well made. I was paranoid as hell to carry outside the wasteband, since I'm a really slim guy. After using his holster, I don't have any worries. He also has a model called the High Slide that I want to try out. The Slide that I bought for my P7 was $60. Pretty cheap for a well made holster.
I can also vouch for the MTAC. I just bought one of those for summer carry (again, for a P7) and it is great. My roommate, who loathes IWB holsters, will pick one up for his Springfield Micro Compact after wearing mine. Plus a 12 (now 10) day turn around time is great compared to months for other holster makers.
Both of these are excellent holsters. I'd probably take SGH for OWB in spring/early summer (still a tad chilly here) and the MTAC for actual summer carry. I can definitely wear an MTAC with a medium shirt. I can't do yoga with it without printing, but hey.
EDIT: I should note, since the OP said he was most comfortable carrying rear IWB that I can wear the MTAC comfortably at 5-530, as well as 3-330. I do, however, have a problem with cars when I'm wearing in the back, because the butt of the gun jabs into my back. 10 minute drive? Tolerable. 2 hours? Switching to 3 o'clock.
