I received my Dakota Defender for my G23 from Kevin last December and really enjoy the fit, comfort, and quality of workmanship. Last Thursday one of the kydex clips snapped (I am still not quite sure how) so I promptly picked up the phone and stated my dilemma. Within 5 minutes I was told that a new pair of clips would be sent out first thing Friday since my call was placed close to the end of the day. Sure enough, my clips were in my hand Saturday afternoon, less than 48 hours after my phone call. It is service like this, along with a quality product, that produces loyal customers and referrals. Thank you Kevin and crew for your superb craftmanship and terrific service.

Lowgroove i also bought one from Kevin this past August his work & service is great. thinking about getting another holster from him plus the waiting time was not to bad 14 - 16 weeks is better than most other companies .

I have heard their CS is outstanding. I emailed him a week or so ago about the current wait time for a mag holder, their response to my email was literally in a few minutes. While I don't have the need or funds for a custom leather holster, I can assure you they are top of my list when I need one.
