    Comment on CrossBreed

I just want to let you guys know about my new CrossBreed. I got it for my G23 since I have one for my G36 and I like it. Well, this time I ordered the one with the combat grip. It is worth the extra $7.50! It gives you a much better grip when you first grab the gun and translates to a much quicker draw. I've been riding around on the Harley for a few hours and don't notice any difference in comfort.

    Just FYI!

Thanks for the info. I just ordered mine two weeks ago. I wish I had gotten the horsehide and the combat grip but funds are tight.

You can easily cut the combat grip yourself. As for the horsehide, I personally think it's over rated. Well taken care of leather will last a life time.

Johnsonabq, could you post a pic of your supertuck with the combat grip. I would be interested to see the difference.
    Thanks.

I suppose you're right, but thought they might know better what to cut and what not to cut. I may use the new one as a template to cut the old one.

The combat grip does make it easier to get your thumb around the grip of the gun before you draw.

I'll break out the camera tonight and post pics of them both.

Congrats on the new arrival! I've got a standard supertuck, but the more I hear about the combat grip the more I want one!

I have a standard supertuck for my Glock 19 - for the one I ordered a bit earlier this month, I asked for the combat grip for my Kimber Ultra CDP II.

The standard is a great holster, but decided having the combat grip would make it an even better holster :)

Thanks for the pics. I also have a standard supertuck for my G19 and love it. Next one will be combat grip.

I love mine also. Have the combat grip and horsehide with a Crossbreed belt. Both are AWESOME.

Careful with the new metal clips (they used to be plastic). I got in a hurry taking mine off, snagged it on a belt loop and bent it. Now I'll have to take it off and try to straighten it.
    My favorite holster overall though!

I would shoot an email to the CrossBreed people and tell them what happened. I know they would replace the plastic clips anytime they broke. Maybe they'll replace your bent clip. You should try. Or at least order a new one.
