The use of a blow torch is something that has to be done very carefully.

Simply pass the item over the top of the heat source (remold, bend, form), not passing the torch over the object.
It worked perfectly for me.

I contacted Crossbreed and they're sending me a new holster to replace the one that my revolver got caught in. I will be sending my original holster back to them.
Super customer service from Crossbreed!
I was not degrading Crossbreed holsters or disrespecting the company when I sent my original post!! I was just letting others know what had happened to me and was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.
My new holster is already on it's way and I publicly thank Crossbreed and let everyone know that their customer service is super.

We ain't perfect,. (only one guy ever was )
But we do make it right when we mess up.
