Simply pass the item over the top of the heat source (remold, bend, form), not passing the torch over the object.
    Make sense?

    It worked perfectly for me.

I contacted Crossbreed and they're sending me a new holster to replace the one that my revolver got caught in. I will be sending my original holster back to them.

    Super customer service from Crossbreed!

I was not degrading Crossbreed holsters or disrespecting the company when I sent my original post!! I was just letting others know what had happened to me and was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.

My new holster is already on it's way and I publicly thank Crossbreed and let everyone know that their customer service is super.
