You're making a BIG (HUGE) mistake if you don't consider the pocket holster with the 'thumb push'...

Mika'a Pocket Holster.
I use my square cut Mika in cargos and my J Frame stays put. I think it's the best pocket holster for the money.

I have an RKBA pocket holster for my PM9 that I've been real happy with. I can use it back pocket or cargo pocket.

I have a Mika holster, but find it is too bulky to suit me. However, for large pockets it might be just the one you need.
I use a Hume 001 for my P3AT, but yours is a larger gun, and the Mika would probably be best.
