The key to adhesives for KYDEX is to use ones that are THF (tetrahydrofuran) based. These will all do the job, if you follow the application recommendations: IPS Weld-On 4052, 4007 and 1007 (IPS Corporation)
A great adhesive (although not as readily available) is made by Adhesive Engineering and Supply (Extreme Adhesives - www.extremeadhesives.com) called 'Extreme 310' which is available in a black.
For some stuff available at the local DIY (but not as strong as the above for bonding KYDEX to KYDEX) are the Devcon Plastic Welder and Plastic Welder II, which are two component adhesives.
In all cases, use of an alcohol wipe before bonding increases the bond dramatically, as it removes the lubricant additives used during the extrusion of the sheet.
Great addition kydexrep - Much appreciated.
