MTAC Photos I wanted before buying

I recently bought an MTAC for my G19 and thought I would post the pictures I wanted to see before buying.

For reference I am just under 5'9", 192 lbs this morning, size 34 AE jeans, 10lbs of ugly in a 5 lbs bag, no laughing at the tactical pooch and the belt is a 5 stitch Wilderness Instructors belt in coyote brown.

This is the best example of "printing" I can do. Light shirt and doing a hunch back of Notre Dame impression.

    G19 exposed...

And the photo I really wanted to see, "Where does the leather sit and how big is the holster?" Sorry about the belt clip placement, I didn't notice until I was back at the computer.

I wear my MTAC at 3:00 O clock. It doesn't print no where near that bad when I bend over. Have you tried it there?

I also wear my MTAC at about 3:30-4:00 and I have found it difficult to print. About the only times that I do print is when I squat down to look at something on the bottom shelf of an isle, or if I bend over without bending my knees. For reference I carry a G23...

Sorry for any confusion... I was TRYING to make the gun print to make it obvious where the gun is under the clothes. I don't hunch that bad starting my mower and I wore a white shirt to make it more obvious.

That said I don't really care if I print.

    Good review. Really helpful pics.

I can post some pictures of my M-tac if you don't mind the hijack. I'd appreciate an M-tac only thread since its such a popular holster. The other respondee's should post their m-tac pictures as well.

Looks fine to me, but get a 'wife-beater' under that shirt to help with the gun touching the skin...they work very well.

I don't think my skin will hurt the Glock.

    Thanks for posting the pics.

As for printing… I would not worry about it. Even when you hunch over that much, which you said you never really do, you can only tell it is a gun IF you know what you are looking at. Most people carry something on their belts these days and to differentiate between a gun and a BlackBerry really takes a shirt thin enough to be able to see thru or short enough to ride up above the gun.

I bought an MTAC and a Comp-Tac gunbelt not too long ago. It took them under a week to get here. Very comfortable setup.
