Hey guys, i know there is alot of nice setups posted on here, but I just thought I would put up something a little different. Here is how I have my gear set up in Iraq. I have the M9 by Beretta in a Blackhawk Serpa holster on the Molle system and of course I have the ever faithful M4 with an Acog. Its not the fanciest or the prettiest but it sure works for me. Anyway guys, thought you would like to see something different....

Well, since he says he has his M9 set up on his Molle system in a Serpa holster, and the pistol is visible high up on his chest in the pic, it would seem he's on the left.
When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.
First, let me thank you for your service. I know there are a lot of good things our troops are doing over there that are never shown on the news. I have a brother and several friends there now and I wish that everyone here could know more about what y'all are doing. Again, thank you! I have a LWRC M6 in 6.8SPC that I would love to put an ACOG on. Trijicon has one made specifically for the 6.8, but I have not been able to locate one. Several places have said they would order one for me, but there is a LONG waiting list. What I am wondering is before I pay this much for a scope how well does it perform for you? I am sure you have put it through some tough abuse and you will know how it has stood up to your use. Again, thank you for the sacrifices you have made.
Thanks, and I for one would enjoy more photos anytime you have the time and are up to it. It brings back memories of days 'in the field' all dressed up,but, back then, no where to go! Stay alert, come home safe!
I gotta say all the gear you guys wear in that frickin heat has gotta be almost unbearable,I mean 106+ here and I'm not wearing helmet and vest and BDU's and I like AC,Stay safe
Well it may sound weird to some, but im ambidextrous. I write with one hand and throw a ball with the other. So when it comes to shooting, I shoot my M4 left handed and I shoot my M9 right handed. Plus it is alot easier to transition from my M4 to my M9. My rifle is not in the way of drawing my weapon from my holster this way. As for the acog, yes its 4X and I would not trade it for anything at all. There is no comparrison to a CCO Red-Dot, not even close. It has had a rough life and it has proven to be tough and durable, not once have I had to re-zero it. I will post more pics of some other rigs I wear also, thanks guys....
This is another setup I use, this is my Mossberg 500 pump action with pistol grip and pistol grip forend. The sound of the pump action really clears people out of the way. I know its not concealed but I thought some would like to see a different side of firearms other than the concealed manner.
