Can't help you with Kydex but I like my Fobus paddle for my S&W CS45.
The Fobus I use is the one they make for the Ruger P94 but they have one specifically for the CS45 now.
First is link for the one listed for Ruger but works for my CS45:
Fobus Holster: RUGER P90/ P93/ P94/ P95/ P97 - PADDLE HOLSTER
I did cut an inch or so off because to fit flush with my CS45 - Ruger is longer.
This link is for the one listed FOR the CS45 - When I purchased the one listed for Ruger the one listed for the CS45 wasn't listed yet:
Fobus Holster: S&W 3913, 3913TSW, 3914, 3919, CS9, 4013, 5904, 5906, 6906 STD. SERIES, 910, 915, 908V/ CS45 - PADDLE HOLSTER
For God, Family and Country!

"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

I had FIST custom make me a Kydex holster and magazine carrier for my S&W CS45. It fits inside the pants, and works great in winter or whenever you wear a coat. I think the cost was about $ 100. For many years I carried in a suede leather Safariland inside holster and separate magazine holder. The gun always came out easily enough, but it was difficult holding the holster open to get it back in. The kydex, being rigid, is a great improvement over that problem, but much more expensive.
I have a Blade tech that I carry a model 39 in I believe it will work for the CS45.
