Got my new backup CCW rig...

It's always a wonderful day when I see mail from Greenwood, WI...

Got myself a DelFatti ISP-LP for my backup CCW, an H&K P7 ("PSP")... The main carry piece (P7M8) already rides in a Del Fatti ISP-4.

I guess this means these two pistols might actually end up splitting their carry time more equally now!

Also got some new DelFatti goodness for my 1911 (black ISP-LP)...

As always, Matt's work is absolutely impeccable... I've not one bad thing to say about anything I've ever received from Mr. Del Fatti's bench...

    Heck of a week!

    Pics coming ASAP...

    Regards,

    Bones

    Congrats!
And great taste in both pistols and holsters. Del Fatti and P7's go great together.

    Couldn't agree w/ you more...

And the amazing thing is, when you call his shop during business hours, Matt or Gina always answer... And they always reply to emails promptly and courteously...

Just one example of what I'm talking about - After I received my latest shipment, I emailed to confirm receipt of all items, and thank them again.

    Here's my email:

    "Hi Matt & Gina...

I just wanted to let you know that I have received all of my ISP-LP's that I ordered.

Just like everything else that I've ever acquired with the 'MD' maker's mark, all pieces are 100% perfect in every way. I couldn't be happier with the gear!

Thanks again for the wonderful product and great service.

    Kind Regards"

    And Gina's prompt reply:

    "Hi Joe:

That is good news. Thank YOU for your business.

    Best regards,

    Gina"

Best gear, AND the best service I've encountered from any custom maker...

So there you have it - those two things (talent/skill AND great customer service) are NOT mutually exclusive...

I've been treated this way every time I've dealt w/ M.D.

Anyway... I'm a happy customer in case you couldn't tell...

    Regards,

    Bones

    Hey Joey:
I'm glad you're happy with the gear and I thank you so much for your kind assessment!!

Ya know, I keep telling Gina to stop being so nice to customers but she can't seem to help herself........she must get that from her mother
