Very nice. I carried a 80 series combat commander in one quite some years ago.
Now-days , I'd prefer the High Noon Undertaker rig if I was to carry a 1911
again.

Galco is one of the best "off the shelf" holster makers out there IMHO.

Awesome! You can work with it. In a way, I'm wanting another shoulder holster rig....but in a way, I'm not getting too adamant about it. Hard for me to describe actually. I've carried the Glock 17 in one, and before that, a 1911A1. There's no love lost, but in order for me to feel complete once again, I think I want one (shoulder holster rig) just to have the options I once had again. I think my P220 would fit good in one and do me good with that kind of weight again in a horizontal rig. I've never ruled it out.....it's just not been at the top of my list for a while. The best harnesses should be almost infinitely adjustable. I've been looking, and I'll have one again. It's only a matter of time. Good luck to you and yours.

I think I am going to get the holter that fits with this rig for my Glock 23 also. That way instead of buying a whole new rig I can just swap out holsters. And this rig is very adjustable. You can pretty much set it however you want it. I have really enjoyed it in the short time I have had it.

Thank you! I never considered a shoulder holster till the other day. I was thinking about winter and being able to throw my coat over it. Plus it is nice to have easy access to 2 extra mags if I ever needed them. It is so much more comfy than having two extra mags on your hip.

That reallyooks sharp. I would be interested to see how it feels after a few weeks of wearing it.

I ordered just the other day a Miami Classic for my P99c AS. I've also ordered two Don Hume H721 "Double Nine" holsters -- one for the P99c and another for my PPK/S.
Waiting anxiously for all.

Nice looking rig. BTW ... please make sure your safety is engaged. I'm assuming that the gun was cocked and unloaded for the pics?

Oh yes of course. The magazine that was in the gun was completely empty. I racked my slide a couple times also just to be safe. In the state the gun was in, at the time of the picture, would only have hurt somebody if you picked it up and threw it at them. Empty mag, Empty chamber, with the hammer cocked for a quick picture.

I'd like to know if anyone can speak from experience as to their preferences or reasoning in choosing either the Miami Classic, Miami Classic II or the Jackass Rig. I have looked at them and see some obvious differences but wonder which one people prefer and why.
