    Comp-Tac Customer service

    I ordered a new CTAC on Sunday night. Today I get phone call from Comp-Tac (and from a lady with a beautiful voice I might add) that they shipped my holster today and she told me when it should arrive. Mn there aint many businesses that do that kind of stuff anymore. A personal phone call and an e-mail. I sure hope the holster is as good as their service. I'm impressed

    I wonder why they haven't returned my phone messages. I really wanted to order a holster from them but got tired of waiting so I bought elsewhere.

    High velocity, you had bad service? My experience ordering a C.T.A.C. and spare mag holder was very positive.

    My new CTAC should arrive today, but I sent two e-mails and made two phone calls to find that out. It would make me more nervous about their customer service except that most everyone says it's excellent. If the holster is as good as I've heard, it shouldn't ever be an issue.

    Wow I cant understand your bad service. Two days after the phone call and email my new CTAC arrived. I have to say A+++ for their service.

    I wanted to put out a quick note to apologize to everyone, including Comp-Tac. They did respond to me on my e-mail inquiries. It was an issue with my internet service provider and NOT Comp-Tac. I became aware of the responses late yesterday evening and wanted to get the word out. As I stated, I'm very happy with the holster and now I'm very comfortable with their service.

    I never heard a word from them in response to my voicemails. Very discouraging.

    They usually return my calls. I even get hand written notes and this year they even sent me christmas candy with a holster. I'd just call'em again.
