The quill area, which looks the coolest, is the most difficult to work with. The smooth area, like the belt loops, is actually quite cooperative. You can't have your cake and eat it too, right.
I would like to know what holster would be good for attaching to a bed frame? Right now I keep my gun in a safe. Housed in a piece of furniture 15 ft from my bed.The safe is unlocked when I am here. This only works for the wife.I would like to mount a holster on the wooden bed frame on my side for easy access. This would seem bettor for us than having to go 15 ft. She has some kind of skirt going around the wood of the frame so anything could be concealed. Are their any holsters out their that could be mounted like this? Any help would be welcome. Thanks E

I use the "Bed Holster" which is available from TheSportsman's Guide (Bed Holster, Holsters, Brand Not Specified at Sportsman's Guide). It doesn't attach to the bed frame, but slides between the mattress and box springs and will fit just about any size hand gun. My wife and I both have one on our sides of the bed and both of us feel much better with our weapons close to hand. The weapon and holster is mostly concealed when the bad is made, but readily accessable when the covers are folded for sleeping.
