Some of these holsters would outshine the bride at a wedding!

    WOW!

Why would you get a holster that beautiful though, only to wear it IWB? How does that logic work?

They should be out, loud, and proud! They're works of art!

I've never seen a Del Fatti holster take a bad photo. I don't think we ever will!

I'm gonna start posting a list that will document all the carry style exotic holsters featured in this thread. It will be revised twice a month in a new post.

As of this post [#35], the numbers are:

    OWB: 35 [18-belt slide, 15-snap loop, 2-paddle]
    IWB: 9
    Pocket: 1

    Keep'em coming.....

I guess I'll go ahead and add my new TT Gunleather to this "Official" thread even though it's still on the board in my original posting. Sorry for the repeat.

    python skin

I just started making holsters in my garage, but here is an example of one I made with some exotic python leather. The pouch behind it is for a leatherman tool.

Here's some older shots of my TT gunleather rig - trim is shark skin - that's about as exotic as I get.

I had some older pictures of these, but I got a new camera for Christmas and decided to make new ones. The first thing you will notice is that these holsters get used. Actually the first thing you might notice is that I am not much of a photographer.

I just checked with the two makers that are doing holsters for me in rattlesnake skin. Both tell me they should be finished this week. Black Hills Leather is doing one IWB for my Kel Tec PF9 and Patriot Emporium is doing one OWB for my Glock 27. I can't wait to see them. I do love exotic skins. Will post ASAP. Waiting patiently . . .

    Say JD,
How did you manage to find a top that perfectly matches the grips on your 1911? The fashion police would be very impressed with that striking ensemble. Good job!

Dan, you know, of course, that the picture in question is of limatunes! You will have to wait for her to tell you which came first the grips or the top.
