Looks like a neat hobby. Call it a" Texas", since it looks like a map of the state.

Check out Tandy Leather stores for leather and other supplies either in your area or online

I'm actually hitting their local tampa store today. It is right down the street from me. I might ask to see how much it would cost me to get thebasic tools to do a leather holster as well.

Looks good for a first time out....

I wont show my first attempt lol

You don't need a garage you just need a oven and some mits...Before I built the shop I did all my cutting and sanding outside..Man there were some cold nights working till all hours...

Anyway with a little practice it will turn into a great hobby...

    Keep up the good work....

Does the kydex leave any residue or stick to the gun when molded? Just curious because I dont plan on buying a dummy just to make a kydex holster! Also, can kydex be reheated? Like if your first attempt didnt turn out too well, you can stick it back in the oven then reform it.

I also am going to step up and say it looks good for a first attempt.
Now, knowing the minor changes you need to perform, give it a shot and let us know what happens.

    Gibber,

Thank you. I actually did another one tonight for my PPS. I plan on doing another tomorrow for the P2000 again with some new leather and kydex. I'll make sure to post pics when I am done.
