If in a chair turn body to left and drop leg limp to access pocket. In vehicle unholster and put in center console.
In car I move to coat pocket. At table like he said.

I am just as nice as anyone lets me be and can be just as mean as anyone makes me. - Quoted from Terryger, New member to our forum.
in jean its probably tough, i wear mostly cargos, so I try to sit where it is accessible in position, In a car remove and place in a position to access. But for me the best access to a pistol when sitting is the ankle or the hip, so carry another! Two is one... The primary reason I carry two is for accessibility.
I was thinking of picking up a snubby, but then I got to thinking about accessibility. I typically wear jeans, and I'm not a small guy. Maybe I should stick to my IWB holster.
In the restaurant, lift the table up as you stand and fling it towards your aggressor, at the same time, draw your gun....not only will it create a diversion, you will looks super cool doing it....in the car, jump out of your vehicle and hit the ground tumbling...draw while facing upward...

I have thought out that question myself. I have two holsters for my P-3AT...a pocket holster and an IWB/SOB. If I'm going to be sitting for a long time, it's the SOB approach.
If caught with only my pocket holster and sitting...you better be ready to stand in an instant if trouble is brewing.![]()
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

Having pants with pockets suitably sized for the purpose helps. Of all the pants I have worn in the past several years, these two seem to best accommodate pocket carry, for me: Cabela's 7-pocket Hiker stretch pants; and 5.11 Class-A Uniform Pants. Most everything else simply doesn't have quite enough room in the pocket area when seated.
