    Pancake holster

I am looking for a holster for my CW9. I have borrowed a Comp-Tac paddle and a Don Hume 715 IWB clip holster. I am carrying the CW9 in a pancake made for my XD and it works okay thought a little loose. I also have a Crossbreed Super Tuck that carries the pistol like it was made for the CW9. It was bought to carry my Browning HP. What I am discovering is no belt holster I have tried so far works as well as a pancake. Anyone have a belt holster that conceals as well or better than a pancake holster? I would love to have everyones input and experience.

    Thanks,

    Pancake Holster

    retsupt99,

So you use this holster for everyday and it looks to be easy on and off! It must be comfortable and hide well. I wonder do you carry behind or in front of your hip?

Timid people sleep peacefully at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

I agree that a pancake holster is the most comfortable.
I use a Kramer for my Glock 30 and a Lobo Gun Leather for a S&W 66 revolver.

Take a look at Pure Kustom. These holsters are the most comfortable holsters on the planet. Totally custom to your gun. Though they are not the easiest to take on and off in a moments notice, they are stiff, and dont move around! I have accidentally drawn my firearm WITH my holsters using one of those clip type holsters. They dont work that well. Fully adjustable IWB to fit and conceal very well. One position OWB with the FBI cant is comfortable and stays put! No need to sacrifice comfort to protect yourself. Give Rocky a call at Pure Kustom, its a decision you wish you made long ago!

I too agree Pancake is the most comfortable mode of carry that I have found in 14 years!! There are many good makers, from Don Hume's 721OT to many custom makers. I have several, I prefer a sweat shield, and never any retention straps. The best holster I have found for CCing is the Bianchi Carryloc. I love the retention device and it is a fairly high riding pancake design that is very comfortable to carry.
