I have a Galco for my 27 and I'm sure they make them for yours. They're well made with the leather/snaps instead of clip. Desantis and/or Bianchi makes one too. I can't remember which it was, but it has a flap of leather that stands up to ride between the gun and your body which is a nice feature. It did'nt stay open as well as the Galco though. That may be a moot point since you'll have plenty of time to reholster I imagine.

I like the galco summer comfort or royal guard iwb holsters. They both snap onto the belt. The royal guard is a little pricey but it's extremely durable, it also is rough side out and is horsehide. The summer comfort is black cowhide and is rough side in. check out magills.com i just bought a galco royal guard for my g19, the description on the website is the world's best concealment holster.

Black Ops is awesome. I carry my G19 in one daily.

To answer your question, anything made for the 22 will fit the 19. They are the exact same size in every aspect, except barrel and grip length. The grip, obviously doesn't play here.

The barrel is only 1/2 inch shorter. You'll have 1/2 inch extra room at the bottom of the holster when you have the shorter gun in, but that won't hurt anything.
