Looking to get into IDPA in Central VA

It has been a while since I got into any kind of shooting competition. I shot NRA and Navy rifle/pistol competitions while I was still in the Navy. I did really well in the Navy comps, but was outclassed at every turn in the NRA matches. Nevertheless, it was great fun, and the comradery was excellent.

Now the competition bug has started to bite again, and I have more time to dedicate to it. So if anyone in the Central VA area knows where I can get hooked up into IDPA in this area, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

    Thanks in advance.

If you go to the I.D.P.A. website, they have a link to clubs by state.

    Blackcreek in one weekend.
Cavalier in Western Hanover is another weekend.
Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club just below Charlottesville in yet anothe weekend.

Here is the link to the page.
