Just thought I'd share my wife and I's experience with our CHL class yesterday.
David Gilbreath is as good, if not better, than they come. David owns, operates and instructs chltx.com.
If you, your wife, friends are thinking about a Texas CHL, this is the guy you want to teach you. I have nothing to gain except my experience with David. He was a extremely professional, yet personable man. There were 12 in the class of which 3 were women. My wife shot a 226 and I a 247. We were totatally pleased with the whole experience and operation. Kudos to David Gilbreath and his work to preserve our 2nd ammendment.

I took my class with David as well. It was much more enjoyable than the stories I had heard from my friends who had gone elsewhere. (The Bullet Trap) I've recommended David to many others for both new and renewal classes.

Just another tid bit....David stated that it is taking about 2 weeks to get the license.....from the day you put it in the mail. That's pretty awesome in itself as opposed to the other time frames we've seen posted here.
