Tampa Area Classes?

I'm looking for a Tampa area training class, something not completely basic (I know how to handle a weapon)
but something that will give me some training on indoor defensive tactics as well as idea's for defending myself
while out and about... I have looked around and there are a few but just not sure... any recommendations, any place to stay away from?
