About LinkBacksDoes anyone know if a CZ-82 in 9mm Makarov is IDPA legal? It won't stop me from carrying either way, just i want to play IDPA and am not sure if it will be okay.

NO. I carry the CZ as well.... 9X19 is the smallest caliber allowed under IDPA (The "Makarov" round is 9X18)... but sometimes our local club has BUG shoots where you can use it as a back up gun... Not for IDPA points though...Originally Posted by killam1357

Thanks, I looked and that is what I thought. Do you know if the 380 is legal or is that still too small?

.380 is smaller than Makarov 9X18. .380 is "BUG caliber" to IDPA
