I have my ccw, and put in plenty of range time, however just the fact of being able to shoot and hit a sheet of stationary
Paper on a range dosnt really give me what I would consider proper training if I had to pull my gun in a real life situation.
Are there any good courses in the tampa or surrounding area that would help me train to be properly prepared if the situation should ever arise ?

Sorry, couldn't resist. There are some tactical classes outside of Tampa in Zephyrhills. A buddy at work was showing them to me last week and we were both interested in signing up. If I see him today I'll get the info and post it tonight.

I was looking at this the other day Defensive Handgun 1 - Personal Security & Firearm Training | High Point Personal Security I know nothing about the company though, haven't taken any classes through them although they've certainly got my interest. They do classes in Polk County, Plant City and Clearwater.
I'd be interested in looking into the Zephyrhills classes as well, that's not terribly far from me...
