    Question Rovatec Bullite

I was checking through my old bookmarks and came across an article about the Rovatec Bullite Laser Training System. Does anyone have any feed back on this device? Looks like an acceptable training aid for either new or experienced shooters.

    Thanks,

    J Buck

Bumper...our CombatCarry Forum Administrator had or has one.

Possibly he will offer up an opinion on the unit.

I have/had one in 9mm. The laser failed and after some emails I returned it to the vendor for possible repair/replacement. D.R. was very helpful but due to a parts shortage I'll have to be very patient.

I think it's a very good tool even though it's a single shot for Glocks ...must rack the slide between shots. Multiple shots with a DA would be great!

    GW,
Thanks for the infom. I went to the Tactical Shooting post and saw the post. Sound like they are trying to provide good customer service.

I will probably order two, one for a 1911 and the other for a 40 H&K.

I'm waiting to see what Bumper has to say about his experiences with the Rovetec and anyone else out there that has used them.

I have one in 9MM and think it is the best training aid I could have. I keep a CZ-75B at my nesting place with the 5 reflective targets that come with the kit positioned, at distances from 25 to 50 feet, all around me. I dry fire a LOT and I'm real pleased with the improvement in trigger control both in single and double action.. Mine is the least expensive one. It projects a very visible red dot each time you pull the trigger and if you hit one of the reflective targets, 2.5" in diameter, you get a bright flash. IMHO, well worth the money. It also includes extra batteries and a CD.

I have one I use when I dry fire my XD or Sig. Well worth the money. Using it you know when you dry fire if you would have hit what you aimed at
