If you are training true professionals to work as a team, I can get this. Had a neighbor at one time whose little petite daughter was an US Marshal and enjoyed doing Air Marshal service trained like this. I think for most common people unless your a adrenaline junkie, it is you, your family and whatever bad situation happens, you want out, as fast as possible. Protect yourself and family , let real professionals do the SWAT stuff.

I found this on their web site, these guys must be good.

The "American Warriors test" is the hardest, most comprehensive test of gun skills in the world today. The standard tests given by police, military or other shooting schools to supposedly grade gun skills have all the targets directly in front of the student. He may have to turn left or right to face the target, and the range and time varies, but that is all. The student stands upright and without any other movement engages the targets, which is only ?? percent of the time. This is extremely unrealistic. The "American Warriors test" requires 360° engagements, close contact, intermediate contact, close contact rear, standard engagement, moving engagements assaulting through and retreating from opponents. The moving engagements require hits and distance covered under time constraints. Targets range from 0 to 50 yards, and all areas tested have both single and multiple opponents. Virtually all other tests can be done on an individual in about one hour, allowing the student to stay at his peak performance.

The "American Warriors test" is approximately 7 hours of continuous shooting, spinning to engage targets and moving. A test this long does not show your peak performance but your average--what you can actually call up on demand.

There are 3 levels: American Warrior...93%
    American Operator...87%
    American Defender...75%

Only 7 people have ever reached 93% and made the American Warrior level.

Only 8 people have ever reached 87% and made the American Operator level

Are you kidding me, Gecko and Yeager would wipe these guys out in seconds. They are the original "American Warriors"!

Oh, and do I get a badge if I make "warrior" status?

Takes it to a level few on the street would ever need. I am sure they do some pretty good dry runs before they do the live fire. We always did.
In my way of thinking if most can get it out acquire a target hit it and stay on it they would be good to go for the most part.

It's all fun and games until someone takes a bullet. Two things-
    1) This isn't firearms training, it's very rehearsed ballet with live-fire. Something like this can be done safely with enough practice- just as the the "death defying" tricks in the circus can do some amazing things and stunt drivers can do fantastic things. However, I'm not saying that it was safe in these videos.

    2) Just because it's well rehearsed, perhaps even safe, doesn't make it not stupid. This was just goofy.
