I practiced the reverse 180 on a dirt road and was surprised how fast I had to go to swing that engine around. Did you have your e-brake release taped up so you didn't have to push a button/pull a lever? - just pull up and let go or step on and release.

The first car had the console ebrake, the second a floor ebrake. The floor ebrake released from pressure, the console ebrake was operated manually with the right hand.

I always wanted to do one of those courses; using someone else's car, of course!

I have rented many vehicles during my lifetime. I would never consider buying a car from a rental company.

If you ever buy a car from CarMax (I have) you are probably getting a rental turn in.
