Sounds awesome but its a little short notice for me. Will you be having more of these courses throughout the summer? I hope so :-)

edit: Man, I just read your website. Where were you 2 weeks ago when I was looking for a good place to take my conceal carry class? I paid $50 for a course that didn't teach me a thing about Virginia's CHP laws--it barely taught me anything new...and I'm a relatively new shooter. I'd definitely be interested in taking Basic Pistol course though(at a later date).

    Give Me a Call

    kavity-

Give me a call let's see if I can work something out for the CHP class on the 26th. No sense in paying twice. If you did not learn any of the following:

    • Firearms safety
    • Nomenclature
    • Loading and Unloading
(Practical Exercise in Safe Gun Handling)
    • Stopping Power (Anatomical Theory of Stopping Power)
    • Virginia Concealed Handgun & Firearms Laws
    • Golden Rules of Deadly Force in Self defense (Ability, Opportunity, Jeopardy and Preclusion.)
    • Shooting Fundamentals (Time Permitting)
    • Beyond the Classroom (By Tom Perroni)
    • Question and Answer Period

Then call me because you are not prepared.

I really appreciate this offer. I just found out that my Certificate of Competency may be invalid. Long story short--the instructor may be a fraud and not a legitimate NRA instructor. Fairfax county stopped accepting his certificates (for some reason). Luckily, I also reside in Blacksburg and I applied for my permit in Montgomery County--hopefully the certificate is still valid there. Regardless, I don't feel that his "instruction" was adequate.

I will give you a call tomorrow (since its kinda late now for a phone call).
