    The 'prep' is a technique that would be, at best, very difficult or, more likely, impossible to perform under stress. Not something we teach to the LE guys at all.

    Very good technique for shooting the plate rack though.

    I see the OPS reference in your sig line and that explains where 'prepping' the trigger came from. :) Are they still open for business?

    I too am a LE Instructor and no we do not teach this to the masses. However for those that are advanced enough we do. After all most LE shoot twice a year to keep their job and thats about it. Police does not mean gun person, training junky, self defense expert just that they have a job. To bad most don't take that aspect of their job as serious as they should. IMHO
